most placements are done at a discount to a 5 day vwap especially if it's to soph investors
in this instance I don't think it'll be worked by the vwap and will simply be at 20c and as long as they keep it above that but not too high it'll look above board
I'm thinking placement will coincide with industry change so no news for a couple of weeks yet imo
