I wouldn't sweat on the current cores -a long way to go yet. As RIO note in their announcements to the ASX its complex geology and takes a while to get a handle on defining drill targets. Study their reports and cross sections - not straightforward like iron ore in the Pilbara.
Now as for canga of which AMD has huge areas and as we do at Nimba noone even commented on the Sable resource I posted. Thats just a small area with detritals shed from Mt Nimba and they proved 205 million tonnes @ 57.8 % Fe. Amongst which 20 million tonnes @ 61.4 % Fe.
So one small area of canga 200 million tonnes and AMD will have many areas like that -without the hard rock
The diagram below shows how it has all happened and if you find a rich channel around 62% Fe. And that's WITHOUT any hard rock.
