I am a new shareholder and can see both sides of the arugument on rationale for MR resignation as director.
If you are concerned, perhaps rather than giving up on your initial investment thesis and selling your stock, you can write to ASIC to suggest that MR, as CEO and major shareholder in the company, should continue to disclose his holdings. This shouldnt be a problem or onerous for MR if there is no intention to sell down. It would also provide comfort to those shareholders who may be concerned. What do people think?
If you are not concerned, then that is great.
