    boiler, I am pleased that you are deriving a great deal of satisfaction.

    I have been a strong believer of PRR. What changed things for me is Martin's resignation from the Board. There may be nothing to it, however, as always, perception is a powerful factor.

    As far as I am concerned, the resignation was not necessary. The only winner is M. Rogers, as he can now buy and sell shares as he wishes. How can it be good for shareholders for such a senior member of the company to have that freedom without reporting to the ASX.

    I do not buy the reason given for him resigning from the Board, i.e., to enable him to spend more time in the field. He could spend as much time in the field as he needed to by continuing to be a driector. All he needed to do if that was a problem, was to delegate some of his "director" responsibilities to someone else.

    Of course, I am dissapointed. However, I believe that if one is not comfortable with a situation one needs to act.
    That is what I have done - but don't forget I still hold a "reasonable" Holding
