Robhood, agree with you 100%, it's very worrying that Rogers is no longer a company director, as CEO he would attend meetings and report to the board at each scheduled board meeting, the excuse given is feeble to say the least, this move has in my opinion been orchestrated so that he can sell down his shareholding without the need for disclosure as you quite correctly point out. If his attention was being diverted by sitting on various sub-committees then it would have been a simple matter of resigning from these positions. Anybody who believes otherwise is kidding themselves, I've seen this corporate manoeuvre engaged at other companies, no wonder the sp is getting smashed, there's more pain yet I'd reckon.
