Having been very active in the environmental plans of other companies. The dates at the end of emp drilling time frame are far more realistic later 2027, not calender year 2026.

Emp's info on their website and a 5 page document they have is very lack lustre.

I Have not heard any mentioning of public meetings or webinars in this whole time. It Should be very easy to find and look up with little effort. Tells me approval will take longer than emp expect. No social pinpoint website.

And looking at nopsema website nothing their says judith ep has been submitted.
Maybe the pigeon hasn't arrived with the paperwork yet.

Their maps are embarrassing, so out of date. Some may say it doesn't matter. It very unprofessional. Like Santos marked on the Lease next to amplitude's sole project. And offshore leases in south Australia on maps on their website.

If you looking to find a joint venture partner it's shows your not that organised and not on top of your game. They could and should do heaps better. They have little bargaining power when it comes to a jv ,can't be too greedy or fussy . Others will just buy the lease if it doesn't get renewed and they know it. The way it looks is not in Emperor's favour.


I said the second it got renewed last time there was zero chance they would drill in the time line needed which Is about August this year. So the work program for the Lease is behind again.

emp could not see that straight away and or did not mention it for a long time, that it would need to be renewed once again. running out of time.

Every one has standards some are higher or lower than others , to meet investment criteria. I said investment not gamble.

Emp just looks like a waiting game for the next 12 months or so. Similarl can be Said for gold project?? Still need to work on it or loose it.
