The Rincon final report was sent to the investors looking to take up the Conv Notes, in late dec. To allow them to complete their due diligence.

I dont see a small slippage in the timeline of any significance especially since it was over the christmas period.

I attended the AGM and spoke to directors, and am happy that the financing will be forthcoming.

Of course any buyback cannot occurr until then, it was only stated that the earliest possible for conv notes after approval was 14th Dec i think, but they have up to 3 months to be issued.
