No... i would say it was sold by frustrated holders most likely and had nothing to do with the requotation at 21c! If the share price was higher it would have just been more like a 1 for 5 or 1 for 4 or whatever the figures equated.


And regards to "hence the meagre prospectus offering...." think that is purely to ensure a minimum number of shareholders post re construction .
