STU only gets to buy-in by way of funding the drilling of a well.!
If you look up the official announcements of " Moby Oil & Gas Ltd," with the stock code of MOG,.,,,Then you'll find it..
Specifically it's in their Half Yearly financial report to 31st Dec,,,, which was released on 6-3-2009,, and the info you are looking for is on page 4..
