Ive expressed why I think NS would want to keep the court hearing on the agenda.The expected May project details have not happened yet and we all know its unlikely that these sort of issues get solved right at the end of a period to which companies set these types of targets.
Its well within the realms of possibility that NS want to see these major May targets put away,even if it is June before it happens,before they pull the "look at the books" case.
