    Interesting announcement today. Not sure of the purpose of this but certainly will be sold as "goodwill" of the Directors or they know something about what the half year results will result in and don't care about an escrow as the price isn't going anywhere in the next 12 months...

    Have pushed all friends and family out of this one late last week so will watch and see what the results look like later this week.
