Todays late trading look very much like the shorters (with deep pockets) were testing the resistance of the buyer depth and on the another hand were probably testing to see the selling volume that would follow a significant low in share price.

This action is usually followed by stop losses being hit and margin loan calls. Fortunately EWC really isn't a traders stock and 99% of people would not own through margin.

The shorters seem to be getting greedy and desperate. They're not happy with their 100% gains (from 40c), they want the big 400% win taking the SP down to 10c. They probably understand multi news items are not far away from the Phillipines and their is a sense of urgency.

The best think to happen here is for EWC minority shareholders not to panic and not to sell which would reward the short tactic.

It needs to be remembered that SE would not own 780 million shares and have invested 490 million through slipform if he was backing a dead horse. RC would also not still own 330 million shares if he didn't believe in the strategic goals and potential.

The only downside now is the shorters are much more powerful then the buyers. It would be great to see SE or RC step in here and invest another 20 - 30 million.....

On the positive, when the tide turns (if it does) the 52 million short shares will be hard to repurchase and they will be fighting amongst themselves to buy from the 130 million shares held by minority holders, as the majority holders with 1,590,000,000 shares who have not sold,will not sell to them.

My thoughts on the situation. Disclaimer,,,,,could be totally wrong......
