Just for clarification ..Actions will be based on restitution for clients or at least they should be.
I for one will be claiming the full value of my portfolio at the date of the judgement not at the 27th March
However there are those who will have portfolios substantially reduced in value because eof the actions of ANZ post 27March.
It makes things more complicated assuming we win.
