Colinjb; i agree we need more information and i don't want to be seen to be saying anything defamatory about these people when we don't know who they are. I had heard however a suggestion that the new directors could be associated with the latest additional capital raising through the underwriter.
Obvoiusly this is just speculation but in light of the fact that the existing board is finding it hard to generate credibility, you would have to qustion the independent nature of the two directors in question.

Also, in light of the statements by the board only a couple of weeks ago about the credentials required by potential board members, if what 'Chaz'said earlier on is true, how do these directors fit the requirements for credentialed directors? Obviously this is still to be found out and once we do we can all make informed decisions on how we will vote.
