Interesting (for all of us there!) to learn that the board...

Interesting (for all of us there!) to learn that the board appointed two new directors at a board meeting held last night! I don't have their names, but apparently both have very large holdings in CBio, and both come from the financial services market. We now have a board of ten.

There was some confusion over whether these two new directors will automatically HAVE to resign at the AGM on the 29th. ("Confusion" seems to include potentially conflicting legal opinions.)
