I dare say that the Board would be taking notice of the vote on the election of the new directors. IMO stacking the Board will not be advantageous to the Board as if they try anything stupid then another EGM could be called.

Hopefully we will move forward now. The AGM is the next hurdle and let us see commonsense prevail.

I also believe that all Board members would be seeing this change as a voice that shareholders are not to be treated as mushrooms.

Let us now get on with the job of running the company to the benefit of all shareholders.
