As an aside, being a management consultant I am happy to hear words like "business plan", "initiatives", "business case", and "compensation to reflect performance". These are all common words in my field to introduce more structure and governance
Agree - they were missing until recently. There appears to be a sharper focus on milestones and performance. Provided the cornerstone activities are truly value adding and justified it also makes sense to reduce a scatter gun approach that we now clearly understand was either nonexistent or not profitable. I look forward to the next few months
