My god Happy if you are so disgruntled with the company sell out and move on man. Life is to short to be so angry you will only give yourself an ulser. One only invests in company that you think is going to make money but continually reading your post it appears that you are not of that opinion.
Sometimes its better to cut your loses and move on.
Plenty of other companies out there that you may consider worthy of your investment.
