I have the site, I just can't find her letter of what her objections are.
Interestingly AER replied to her;

"In deciding whether to permit a person to participate m a hearing, the panel considers whether the person has demonstrated that the decision on the applications may directly and adversely affect the person or should otherwise be permitted to make representations to the panel".
"Having considered all of your submissions, the panel finds that information provided contains very little factual detail or precise information as to how a decision on the applications may directly and adversely affect you".
So why the hell are we going through this????
