Thanks for bringing that up, you have hit the nail on the head. The inconsistencies between the information QBL/CGB provided in the 2nd Prospectus ( 31 Oct 2018) Page 4 Section 8.3 note 12, as you posted: and the information available on The NSW Dept of Planning,Industry and Environment's records. https://resourcesandgeoscience.nsw.gov.au/
If you look at the last link I provided in my last post, which I will provide again (below), you will see that "Volcan Australia Corporation Pty Ltd" Have held the "Inverell East Bauxite Project" EL 7301 since the 23 of February 2009 up to Now (2020), with one small exception: In 2013, Volcan Australia Corporation Pty Ltd transferred EL 7301 to Australian Gemstone Mining Pty Ltd (AGMPL. another Company Controlled by the Feldmans) for approximately 1 year and then EL 7301 was Transferred back to Volcan Australia Corporation Pty Ltd.
The information I have provided clearly shows that EL 7301 had not expired or been relinquished as at 31 October 2018; and has continued from 2009-2020 and is still current.
When a mining lease (this includes EL's) expires or is not renewed or relinquished, a Final Exploration report or a Final annual report is required to be submitted to the NSW Planning industry and Environment Dept (DIGS Geological Survey of NSW) and then that Mining Lease (ML) or Exploration Lease (EL) Number has expired. Any company or Individual who applies for all or part of an Expired ML or EL are given a New ML or EL Number when their application is granted.
