    Dreadful performance from management on the half yearly results call.

    They were woefully unprepared and talked the business down at every opportunity.

    Completely failed to sell the upside.

    Responses to analyst questions were way too flippant and painted a totally underwhelming outlook.

    Need a new CEO who has the energy and passion to drive the business and sell the investment proposition.
