    2011 to 2015 was a hard time for miners in general. That was one tough commodity wide sector collapse... AIS/SRL is one of those hard hit but the fact it survives to this day is a story to proud of.

    The silver lining during that period was that you could easily separate the wheat from the chaff quite easily. Unlike these days where many are cashflow positive and enjoying high commodity prices. Like Aesop's Ant those miners that saved enough on their Warchests during that period bought some really cheap assets in a fire sale. Those that could not sell enough of their assets (BHP is a prime example) gave it away for free in the form of S32... anything to keep the cost down in the balance sheet.
