The company was Straits Resources SRL with coal interests in Indonesia ant various metals interests in Australia.

On 11/2/11 SRL de-merged into Straits Metals SRQ and Straits Resources ICH..
ICH moved to Singapore Exchange taking with it the coal operations of the company.
The sell out was related to the de-merger by those who were coal fans not want the metals.
