That is called and/or defined as a drastic and desperation action IMHO.
The hide of them. What do they think they will be ale to achieve when it has been made well clear that most of the top 20 are against their proposal anyway.??
I hope that everything will be kept above Board anyway.
In the meantime, more of our money is going down the drain instead of spending it in drilling and explorations.
