PIC ( if my broker data is correct ) this morning opened as normal @ 1.23, but at 10.17 am it ran up to $ 1.41 by 10.20 am- a rise of 15% in 3 minutes !.
In my years of experience, this is a very unusual movement for an LIC.
Any clues ?
