A few steps up the OTC trust / transparency ladder would certainly make potential investors feel better, but, as you said, a couple of signed deals are needed to satisfy the current holders.
I'm expecting September to be a watershed month for CVI, with the election next weekend and hopefully at least one solid announcement from MS.
The Pershing connection is encouraging, and I look forward to more information on this coming to light, maybe over the next few weeks.
Even taking into account the elasticity of CVI's calendar of events (and non-events), a point must be drawing near where one or more of the projects can be confirmed as signed, sealed and delivered. It will only take one!
