So I remember setting my 'time to really watch this stock' clock for back in April, then bought into the idea that there were delays in commissioning due to inadequate allocation of time for the construction of pipes. It is now July. Does anybody know what the hell is going on in chinchilla?

Are we getting sold a dud story while they 'fix' problems with the plant, or are they genuinely still in the commissioning phase. I see they posted some photos of some 'very official' looking gents in hards hats standing in the same spot from a few different angles.
