What happened to BB ?

I think it’s better to start a new thread to discuss about what happened to shares buyback .

I have been waiting for the announcement for the whole morning. It’s definitely very disappointing for all the shareholders. So what could be the possible reason for not start the BB on Friday ? What are they waiting for ? Will the BB be canceled if BIN have troubles to sell the assets ?

1. the current s/p is not low enough ?
2. BIN don’t have enough $ to fund the BB atm?

Could someone explain this please ?!
