What theory?
If presumably, the Tartaks are very savvy, competent business managers then what is the drawback? Where is the negative?
If the Tartaks are lousy managers then I would understand that things would be negative...but that is if they are lousy, which I do not thing is true.
Just trying to find the logic here, especially against alternatives of having "mercenaries" run the business.
Having the drive based of personal and emotionals stake to run a business well, I think that is in short supply in the ASX. I can not be 100 percent sure that Bingo is it but from what I can see...pieces seem to fit that the family is very invested in the business and is deep in it and getting even deeper as time goes.
Like I have mentioned before, strong family orientation in a business, usually have posterity in the consideration. Marks and Daniel Tartaks children would want lamborghinis and ferraris wouldnt they?
