LOL. The value is what the market assigns it! Have said that, with a PE of about 14, a DY of 4.3%, and a PB of 1.2, I do not see what's over valued about it.
More importantly, CKF are rebounding from a period of negative growth. With the company's guidance that seems to be behind it, so it's playing catchup to the likes of RFG with a PE of 29.
