Do you understand - that when you outsource a service, in particular what many would call a critical service, that you are responsible for the quality of that service? And as such you should take responsibility for the quality of that service.
Reasonably simple concept.
Many in our community pounce on such opportunities (privatisation of service), with a view to the bottom line only. That in part, is why Government need to scrutinise and ensure quality of service.
