If you were a shareholder that cannot sell their options on the market because of a mistake by Co Sec, don’t you think the option holders would be upset when the shares ran to over 30c and couldn’t sell out? After this cap raising at a lower price, if Invictus get listed again the share price will likely fall. I don’t want this Company sued on multiple fronts. They need to get on with everything fast and look like they are on top of everything. Why a trading halt then only to request being suspended? Why why why
