EOS loan plan shares are held in a trust. The Trustee of that trust can lend shares to be traded short.
10. Entitlements Offers
10.2 Instructions
(c) If the Participant does not give written instructions under clause 10.2(a), the Plan Trustee
is entitled to sell the Share Rights.
12.3 Balance of Net Income
The balance of the Net Income of the Trust for a Year of Income to which no Participant is
presently entitled in accordance with clause 12.1 and not applied in accordance with clause 12.2
may be accumulated by the Plan Trustee as an Accretion to the Trust and dealt with in
accordance with this Deed (and, in particular, clause 4.15).
