12.1 Income entitlement of Participant
Subject to the Applicable Law and the Plan Rules (to the extent applicable), a Participant is
presently entitled to so much (if any) of the Net Income of the Trust for a Year of Income which is

(b) the proceeds of sale arising from the sale of Share Rights or Issued Plan Shares by the
Plan Trustee on behalf of the Participant;
