In terms of the Hanwha/Oshkosh bid- of course you maximise American content. Smart strategy. OMFV timeline is very aggressive- the Bradley replacement hasnt been the most well run acquisition programe given its long history. I still doubt very much Army cancelling the Land 400 Phase 3 process and just going with what the US blokes choose, especially where it underpins so much domestic investment in Geelong or Queensland as well as a host of domestic suppliers.
