Except for maybe DE and if they were doing any EW, nothing is classified to such a degree that you can't tell people about it. All the US, Australian, European programs are open record. They go up on tender websites for all nations. Even if the customer doesn't want it to be attributed to them you can still inform the market to a high degree of resolution - they are material to the share price!
