Its not up to management to manipulate the share price. I don't see any reason for releasing pointless announcements and soothing shareholders feelings. I would hope that management are purely focused on the business and gaining contracts.
If you go to the buildings or get someone on the phone what will you say? and what do you expect they will say back? I don't think you will get much value out of this (and you might end up on the governments watchlist lol). We will have to be patient and wait for these projects and contracts to come to fruition. Keeping in mind this business is mostly dealing with slow moving governments.
