I've been looking into OSL quite sometime now, as myself being in medical line, the survival rate for unresectable pancreatic cancer is tiny, so my view is that if someone has very end of life, why not give a chance to live bit longer by trying whatever means by using new technology available in this 21st century, Now it seems like OSL had done some clinical trials, seems somewhat beneficial with combination with chemotherapy to prolong life for those who have end of prognosis. Using radioactive isotopes and doing trials are not as easy as making smart phone APP. Radiation treatment is classified as high risk category, however, if my life is at the end of the line why not let me try something that I want, that is what I don't understand in the mind of bureaucrats who runs and make rules to decide some other human beings life. I think even if no better but no worse they should let access to those types of treatments if available. There are patients who are suffering and want to try anything just to live bit longer, now not all end of the age people suffer from pancreatic cancer, the rate of diagnosis is very active in young and middle age people who still have life to live, the regulatory bodies should consider all means to give access to available resources to those who have no other option available for treatment. If I was in those categories of patients who is in dying bed because of untreatable pancreatic cancer, I would tell those regulator, give me the access to try this one at least once before the end of life.. Come on!! just a common sense... Anyone has positive thoughts whether OSL gets CE approval this time around?
