seriously -- yes.
In a blast you can easily get ripped clothing - legs and arms blown off - that's bad enough - but, even worse when underclothes get burned - they stick to you and when you remove it - it takes the skin with it.
It's nightmare stuff for injury and can easily cause death just by itself with shock and/or infection.
EVERYTHING should be FR - including straps.
