I'm not sure how this affects the chances for the REDP grant (should be announced any day now, right?).
The REDP grant is targeting companies ready to demonstrate a commercial power plant, obviously GDY falls into that category. The recent setback pushes back the timeline, but it doesn't invalidate the company status (it's still pushing towards the commercial plant).
What are peoples thoughts on the reporting about timeline being pushed out by two years? I thought it was more the pilot plant was re-prioritized, and that the delay would be more in the order of 6-12 months (which is still huge).
