    Whats the hold up? Why has it taken so long?
    It seems ages ago since we received the He results, we've had the finances in place for a long time now as well.
    Is PL waiting for other things to fall into place?
    Surely once having received the positive He results the BOD ought to be eager to get the drilling started ASAP.
