Regarding the MOU, they obviously haven't agreed on certain terms, so they can't announce anything yet. Now they can select a new partner if they are happy with the new terms. Negotiations should be well under way, time will tell what they have arrived.
Mining should have started in late Feb, surely they don't need to announce again, I am guessing.
