Interestingly, the major shareholders shown on the Igas website includes Krestlake with 4.85% of the company (before they dilute it to pieces with the bondholders and Kerogen).
Krestlake is the New Hope subsidiary that held their shares so they didn't get out and their holding goes down the plughole with ours.
On p18 of the Australian shareholders circular they say:
A large proportion of the Company’s Shareholders (approximately 85 per cent by number) are resident in Australia.
That's how much we should own 85%, how much of their company comes from our Dart Energy.
Despite being the vast majority of shareholders, the board seem to have stuff all interest in Australian shareholders.
