One thing you mentioned, see below:

Sounds like more dead weight, wouldn’t you say? Consider their, (PR gurus) inability to successfully convince Mr. Goldsworthy of the need for ‘more’ communication with shareholders – Blame for not being more open with shareholders rests on Mr. Goldsworthy’s shoulders; he decides how much news/information is released, or not released – Again, while Mr. Goldsworthy decides what news/information is released to shareholders - the PR personnel have the responsibility of acting as a conduit between management and shareholders; this investor does not see changes that were and still are needed… If investors take the time to peruse past news releases from Silex, perhaps they would agree with this investor; IMO there appears to be less openness, less information given.

Next question the Company must deal with, “Can Silex management successfully make the adjustment that is obviously needed; be more open and honest with investors?” Additionally, as you say, as I say and perhaps as many more would say, shareholders have grown tired of promises that can’t be fulfilled, and most certainly tired of asking, “Where are we?”
