Agree, shareholders need to reject the offer. IGO timing is impeccable. ESS Board timing appalling. Look at what has happened in the small cap Li space since the beginning of Jan. Almost all experiencing good share price appreciation. One thing for sure ESS better off in the hands of different management and Board but not at 50c
