Wouldn't be surprised if weren't rampant manipulation.
Interesting story from Bloomberg this morning regarding
HFT and manipulation at the close. Yesterday's large closing
dump as well as recent 1 stock overhangs to keep prices below
VWAP in the closing second are reminiscent of this behavior.
Unfortunately ASIC doesn't seem to care however often
complaints are lodged.
