    Wow, that fine was very docile for trading with 40 mil. It should have been the value of the stocks bought & sold & their trading license should have been suspended or cancelled with the directors also receiving large fines.
    If these firms want to pass themselves off as reputable then the authorities should just place a blanket "if you are caught you are out never to trade again" rule.
