You might be right.
I've just looked at the annual report.
The executives and board members basically own this company. The CMO has over 5 million shares himself.
There is plenty of skin in this game. And even Regal wouldn't necessarily have had the influence to push him out. So maybe he did just move on.
It also makes raising capital interesting. A CR would mostly come out of their own pockets. Although they do issue themselves plenty of shares - the proposed issue of so many new shares to the CEO after this years performance is frankly insulting.
