Hi Abloke, IMHO it's probably because they don't want you to notice.
The way I see it is there can only really be two plausible reasons for the departure of a CMO from a medical device company during a period where a critical decision is due from a regulator/notified body. The first is he left for a better opportunity; that doesn't say much for the internal confidence around BSI's decision on CE mark, or the company's hopes for success in the 'near-term' and a sky rocketing share price. The second is he was invited to leave; this one is more concerning because he would have been very involved in the company's dealing with BSI over the last 4-5 years. That's a long time to influence a submission!
