Apparently NWT announced an SPP because they dont need the money (or wait a minute, they dont need all of it). What he meant to say was that their recent canvassing of shareholders by phone indicated no interest in attaining up to $15K of stock at 0.4c when the share price is already at .4/.5c and also diluting their current shareholding by up to 1/7th with the issue of over a billion more shares.

Go figure!
